Deposit - refundable if all contract conditions are met - $100.00




Partial Day Hall Rental (Up to 4 hours) $300.00 ・ up to 4 hr ($400.00 which includes Deposit due before possession)




Half Day Hall Rental (4-8 Hours) $500.00 ・ up to 8 hr ($600.00 which includes Deposit due before possession)




Full Day Hall Rental (8-14 Hours until Midnight) $950.00 ・ up to 14 hr ($1,050.00 which includes Deposit due before possession)




Add-on Hourly Rate $75.00 ・ 1 hr - This Add-on Hourly Rate covers additional service time as part of your appointment, ensuring flexibility for setting up, cleaning up or more event time. Bookable by one person, it seamlessly enhances your scheduled session.

All rentals include:

24 - 60 inch round tables

6 - 8 foot long tables

Commercial Warming Kitchen. (Sinks, stove and oven for warming food, and refrigerator)

Limited Handicap Access. Ramps to interior and stair climber to lower level.

Central Air Conditioning.

Alcohol is allowed subject to certain requirements.

The renter is responsible for cleanup to a broom clean condition.
